Medical,  Dental & Vision Plans 
Texas TCS provides comprehensive health insurance benefits, including medical, dental, prescription, and vision coverage to care for all permanent employees and their families. The employees pay 15% of the insurance premium for themselves and pay 100% of the insurance premium for their families.

Retirement Plan 
Texas TCS offers tax deferred SEP Plan to all employees. Texas TCS plans to offer Tax deferred 401(K) Plan in a very near future. 

Permanent Residency Sponsorship
Texas TCS may sponsor permanent residency for qualified employees. Employees pay the legal fees and are entitled for partial reimbursement after the green card is approved. 

Educational Assistance 
Texas TCS provides tuition reimbursement to eligible employees up to $2,000.00 per year for a maximum of 3 years. 

Employee Referral 
Texas TCS provides referral fees to any qualified referral resulting in a professional-level hire. 

Vacation Days 
Paid vacation days allow employees to take time off at their discretion with management approval. 

 

2 weeks after 1 year

3 weeks after 5 years

4 weeks after 10 years

Personal Days 
A total of 6 personal days per year are allowed for each full time employee.
