Texas TCS has been participated in the Small Business Administration (SBA) Certification Program since 2001.  Currently, Texas TCS is certified for the following Certification Agencies:

- SBA 8(a)

- SBA HUBZone

- SBA Small Disadvantage Business (SDB)

- Texas HUB

- North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (NCTRCA)

- Qualified Information System Vendor (QISV)

We have been actively teaming with other vendors (large, medium and small business sizes) to form relationship to bid for Federal, State and Local projects.  For first couple years of our certifications we plan to partner with a large and medium size companies as a subcontractor.  We are also utilizing our certifications to bid on set a side project  as a prime and partners as subcontractors.  This strategy will strengthen and expand our technical capability and increase our limiting experience level with the public sector.

Texas TCS has been awarded a GSA Contract Schedule for IT services.  One of the advantages of having this GSA Schedule with SBA 8(a) and HUB-Zone Certifications is the competition in the bidding process.  We are current seeking partnership with other vendors, who have products and services that are valued added to our GSA Catalogue.   By increasing our GSA Catalogue products and services Texas TCS will give our GSA the customers ability to purchase through a single vendor and receive volume discounts.

Texas TCS has been successful in finding partners. We have signed a subcontract agreement with EDS to provide programming and web development services for the State of Louisiana.  We are also in process of establishing partner relationships with other vendors.  

Recently, Texas TCS has signed a Reseller Agreement with Action Front, Inc. to market Data Recovery Services to Federal, State and Local Government Agencies.
